HAPPY MONDAY | Do More Of What Makes You Happy

Ik heb een heel leuk weekend gehad in Amsterdam! Tijdens MTB veel inspirerende mensen gesproken, heerlijk gegeten en gedronken en vervolgens een rustige (op hardlopen na) zondag gehad. 
Iets wat ik me voor komende week en komende tijd heb voorgenomen heb is wat er hieronder staat. Dat betekend niet dat ik alleen maar ga winkelen, uitslapen en doen wat ik maar wil, maar weer bewuster kijken waar ik blij, gelukkig van wordt, ook op langer termijn!

I have had a very nice weekend in Amsterdam! During MTB I have met inspiring people, have had fantastic drinks and food. I have spend my sunday easy (besides from running..).
Something I have set my mind on is that I will live by the words standing below! That does not mean I will be shopping all day, sleeping in and doing whatever I want, but making more conscious choices about what I want and about what will make me happy, also on long term!

HEALTH | Homemade Hummus

Doordat ik de komende tien weken het een en ander niet mag eten.. Gist, eieren, producten van gepasteuriseerde melk, citrusvruchten, ui, avocado en bier.. ben ik een beetje van slag! Ik at al bewust en gezond (op mijn Cola Zero verslaving na..), maar ik moet nu echt goed nadenken over wat ik eet! 


Since there are some things I won't be eating the coming ten weeks.. yeast, eggs, products made with pasteurized milk, citric fruits, onion, avocado and beer.. I'm a bit off balance! I was already eating consciously and healthy (except for my Cola Zero addiction..), but now I really have to think twice about what I eat!
