ZOOM | Objet Trouvé

Soms loop je een winkel binnen en zie je jouw droom-garderobe hangen. Toen ik Objet Trouvé binnen liep had ik precies dat, alhoewel het was eigenlijk nog beter! Een winkel waar je alleen al door de inrichting; de kleuren, materialen, manier van etaleren, geïnspireerd wordt.

Twee zussen, Floor en Josje Theuns hebben Objet Trouvé opgericht. De winkel biedt een prachtig collective ‘gevonden voorwerpen’ variërend van heerlijk zachte gebreide truien tot de ultime trendcoat, elegante ballerina’s tot bijzondere accesoires, magazines en schrijfwaren.

It-bags, it-shoes of een jasje wat álle sterren nu dragen zal je er (gelukkig) niet vinden, maar juist kledingstukken die karakter en stijl aan je garderobe toevoegen.

De stijl van de kleding en schoenen zou ik persoonlijk omschrijven als 'Scandinavisch, simplistisch, Parijs-achtig, tijdloos en puur'.

Once in a while you walk into a shop that looks like your dream-closet. When I walked into Objet Trouvé that is exactly the feeling I had, although, to be precise... it was even better! A shop that inspires you simply through its interior design; the colors, the materials, the way of displaying.

Two sisters, Floor en Josje Theuns founded Objet Trouvé. The shop offers a beautiful collection of 'discovered objects' ranging from a soft knitted sweater to the ultimate trench coat to an elegant ballerina to nice accessories, magazines and stationary.

(Luckily) you won't find It-bags, It-shoes or 'the-jacket-all-celebrities-are-wearing-now' here, au contraire, you'll find pieces that add character and timeless style to your wardrobe. I would describe the style of the clothing they offer as ‘Scandinavian, simplistic, Parisian, timeless and pure’.
